Our customers come from diverse backgrounds and we want our teams to reflect this.Job description:We have two exciting opportunities for a Senior Facilities Manager and a Facilities Manager to join Stockland Commercial Property, within the NSW Logistics team. Both roles will be based from our Yennora Distribution Centre site office, managing logistics assets in and around Sydney. About the role Both roles will have sole responsibility to oversee the coordination and operational management of designated asset(s) within the portfolio. This includes ensuring Operational and Capital expenditure remains with budget, contractor management, ensuring the proper and efficient operation of the asset physical aspects, creating, and sustaining a safe, productive and complaint environment for the occupants. Additionally, the Senior Facilities Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management function across the NSW logistics portfolio, including the performance of the Facilities Managers and, ensuring performance expectations are met and key stakeholders engaged, providing a customer centric focus. Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Overalll responsibility for the operation and presentation of the asset(s) Deliver accurate and timely performance reporting Take ownership and implement R&M(repair and maintenance) operational and capital expenditure budgets Manage and lead related processes and procedures to deliver a safe, compliant, well maintained, and sustainable asset Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external key stakeholder groups including tenants, with a customer centric focus Ensure asset(s) always remain fully compliant and manage remedial actions within the determined timeframes, including but not limited to annual fire certification, vertical transport, cooling towers, roof safety, WH&S, and plant registration where applicable Create and manage opportunities to drive improvement programs to optimise the portfolio's waste and energy, and water usage Responsible for ensuring full compliance with relevant Operational Risk procedures About you You will preferably bring a Diploma in Facilities Management in the related field or an appropriate trade qualification together with extensive relevant experience Strong facilities operational management experience within a similar industry, ie: Logistics, Workplace Solid customer service experience and managing effective relationships with commercial tenants Experience in implementing and managing budgets Able to demonstrate your experience in planning and managing capital expenditure projects Excellent communication skills, you are a natural at building and managing relationships including your ability to network and influence Demonstrated experience with cloud-based maintenance management, contractor management and procurement systems Demonstrated experience in procurement process, contract implementation and management in a commercial environment The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
