About the Role:
Hours: 40 hours per week, from 7:30am to 3:30pm and on-call 24/7, seven days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging Quotes/Works
- Overseeing regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the building is in optimal condition.
- Ensuring the building complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards, including conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Coordinating and managing relationships with external vendors and contractors for services
- Maintaining accurate records of building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant interactions, and preparing regular reports for the Owners Corporation
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all building occupants.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in building management roles.
- Proficiency in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (preferably MYBOS).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic handyman skills are advantageous.
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
