Newly created role for a technically sound and proactive FM to oversee a portfolio of assets l Mid Tier firm with excellent leadership
Our client prides themselves on their expertise knowledge and ability to deliver the best solutions for their clients. They have well established reputations in their industry and are looking to add an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to their team.This role is responsible for both the day to day operation and performance of the buildings, plant and equipment, and for the enactment of the longer term strategic/tactical plans.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services/Maintenance.
- Trade or Engineering Qualifications preferred but not essential
- Proactive and "Hands on" approach.
- Contractor Management
- A strong understanding of building services, including building automation, access control systems, and general design principles for plant, energy efficient control alternatives for services, and plant installations.
- Progressive Operator across Sustainability, Environmental and OH&S
- Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
- Outstanding Customer Service and ability to build strong relationships
- Team player attitude/ability to work cohesively
