Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Clinical Field Engineer to join their expanding team and support their clinical trials across Australia. This is a permanent role offering an exceptionally dynamic and progressive work environment at the forefront of new innovative implantable device development.
- Serve as the technical expert, acting as the liaison between physicians and the company regarding technical matters for clinical projects.
- Provide feedback on existing or new products, coordinate user’s feedback sessions, and support internal and external customer training sessions.
- Deliver field technical support, troubleshoot problems, and attend weekly conference calls or technical updates as needed.
- Preferred Requirements:Field experience in supporting medical devices and interacting with physicians and patients.
- Experience with Active Implantable Medical Devices and supporting clinical studies.
- Medical/biomedical background or relevant previous experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of field experience in supporting medical devices.
- Medical/biomedical background (RN/Engineer/PhD/MD, etc.) or relevant previous experience.
- Clinical Trials experience preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
