Senior Management Accountant/Business Partner

My client is a leading Property & Construction Group in Sydney CBD. They are seeking the help of a Senior Management Accountant for a 3 month contract to liaise and advise finance and non-finance stakeholders in the following areas:

• Reporting on operational expenditure including cash flow against budgets & forecasts
• Analysis of headcount, overheads and payroll costs
• Analysis of actuals and differences providing commentary to stakeholders
• P&L analysis providing commentaries
• Provide insights into business performance

You will be CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified and have 3-5 years experience in a commercial business partnering role. Property / Infrastructure / Construction background (or similar) is preferred; as is project accounting experience. Previous experience dealing with non finance stakeholders is essential and an immediate start is required.

This role has the potential to extend / go permanent for someone who excels. Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply.
