We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to assist with the overall financial management of the organisation, ensuring prudent and transparent financial reporting and delivery of key Payroll and Finance related governance and projects.
This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis based at our Melrose Park Head Office.
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You
To be successful in the role you will:
- Be an experienced Accountant with a mixture of skills across taxation, financial and management reporting, and finance-related project delivery.
- Be detail oriented and enjoy problem solving, collaborating and mentoring your team to success;
- Be CA or CPA qualified with a minimum five years’ practicing experience;
- Have a strong knowledge of internal controls and implementing processes designed to effectively manage risk;
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines; and
- Have experience with complying with legislative, regulatory and contractual obligations, including tax management (FBT and GST).

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
