AddressOur ClientGreat opportunity for an ambitious, experienced Finance Manager to join a fast growing commercial services business, and support the CFO in the further growth of the organisation. With the business poised for future growth - both organically and through acquisition, the CFO needs an experienced Finance Manager / Controller to manage the day to day activities. The company operates within Australia and NZ, and is a profitable, well established client base with very real plans for further growth in the next 3- 5 years.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the responsibilities of the role will include:
Consolidation of all end of month processing and drive month end close
Good systems / ERP knowledge and review of financial statements / liaison with the auditors
Prior M&A work highly regarded
Strong budgeting / forecasting / analysis experience
Supervision / mentoring of 2 - 4 accounts assistants
About You
The successful applicant will be/have:
