TwoScots are partnering with a growing HealthCare provider which is part of a larger Health network. The organization is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team & play a pivotal role in the finances for large, upcoming projects. The role will require you to work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, and is located in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. The successful candidate must have a proven accounting background in Health as well as experience in driving commercial outcomes, business parenting with senior stakeholders as well as strong financial analysis skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- Undertaking financial and business analysis & communicating outcomes to non-finance stakeholders
- Driving outcomes & business partnering with senior management to facilitate decision making
- Collaborating on exciting projects from a financial perspective
- Undertaking budgeting, forecasting & projections.
- Delivering the financial information for business cases
- Other financial accounting duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Demonstrated experience of 5+ years as a Financial Accountant or Finance Business Partner role (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in the Healthcare industry, private or public.
- Must be CA or CPA qualified
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Business Studies
- Background in driving business outcomes, conducting financial analysis & partnering with senior stakeholders
- Project management experience would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
