The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Client Services Officer (CSO) who's ready to step up and make a real impact at one of Australia's leading firms. This role is perfect for an individual with prior experience in an adviser support role, eager to take on more responsibilities in a client-focused capacity. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of successful relationships. They have a sharp eye for detail, an innate ability to prioritize tasks, and a drive to innovate and evolve our processes.

Your Role!

As CSO, you will:

• Support financial planners and clients with ad-hoc client requests;
• Prepare and complete paperwork for implementation of advice;
• Track implementation of advice and ensure appropriate processing;
• Pro-actively follow up applications and required documentation;
• Liaise with clients and product providers, including insurers, investments, and superannuation funds;
• Provide input into Continuous Improvement processes
• Oversee and manage of Fee Disclosure Statements & Consent

What you need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an adviser support role within a boutique to mid-sized financial planning firm, or 3 years equivalent experience in a larger financial institution.
• Outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and a caring, self-motivated demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
