The role:
- Responsible for managing partner relationships and delivering monthly contribution reports.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for addressing sales, margin, inventory, and cost-related issues.
- Builds and maintains business relationships with sales organizations.
- Manages management information (MI) processes and conducts performance analysis.
- Ensures compliance with financial and control policies.
- Collaborates with finance teams to provide relevant MI to the business.
- Contributes to financial planning processes.
- Utilizes commercial awareness in decision-making.
- Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Ensures compliance with relevant accountabilities.
- Supports the evolution of financial offerings in line with business strategy.
- Provides assurance regarding the integrity of financial information.
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field ideally Accounting or Finance.
- Member of recognised accounting body.
- 5 - 7 years financial accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Continuous Improvement approach to operating processes
- Team-focused, results oriented
- Conflict resolution and ability to find solutions to complex issues
- Communication-verbal & written
- Business acumen & Commercial awareness of the business
- Ability to build sound relationships with stakeholders and business partnering experience based on trust
