Directly working the GM of Finance you'll get extensive exposure to the Finance function as well as mentoring a qualified accountant. The GM is vastly experienced across Resources, and they are keen to share their knowledge with you and see your progress within the business.

Based in the CBD with 1-day WFH per week.
What You'll Do:
This position will allow you to flex your continuous improvement skillset as you grow with the finance function.
You will be directly responsible for:
- Full EOM process and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax and legal requirements, policies, and provisions.
- Monthly consolidations
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Assistance with internal and external audit.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ad hoc duties as to be expected involving other finance functions / projects (CAPEX / M&A)
- Mentorship of fully qualified accountant

You can be either a First Mover from Business Services at a Senior level, or someone with existing commercial experience within industries that are highly comparable to Resources.
- CA / CPA qualified.
- First Mover Business Services OR Commercial experience
- Strong Excel skills
