We have a unique opportunity for a
Senior Financial Adviser to play a crucial role in the next phase of our growth execution. You will join our newly created, dynamic Wealth Solutions team who are energised and making significant impact across the business.
What will your typical week look like?- Lead the key client discovery meetings, understand the needs of the client, diagnose their unmet needs and connect them to our Adviser teams
- Manage the sales process from lead screening to deal close and be accountable for managing a pipeline towards your sales target
- Manage key client and customer relationships
- Partner with a team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth Advisers
- Develop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management services
- Connect Clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work

Let's talk about you!- Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser who has successfully completed the FASEA exam (and on the Adviser register)
- A true collaborator with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
