Senior Flood Engineer

Civil Engineering Melbourne Permanent / Full Time

Due to upcoming and ongoing projects my client, an established Australian Consultancy, is looking for a Senior Civil Flood Engineer (Ideally 8+ years of local experience) to join their Melbourne office.

As a Senior Civil/Flood Engineer, your role will be to provide technical expertise on a wide variety of large public and private sector projects. This position offers exposure to a number of landmark projects and excellent career progression opportunities.

1. 8 - 15 years' experience
2. An Australian tertiary engineering qualification or equivalent.
3. Hands-on experience with DRAINs, TuFLOW, Music, 12D, RAFTS, Mapinfo, Navisworks and AR&R 2016 procedures
4. The ability to communicate well with senior management, authorities and clients;
5. Excellent report writing skills;
6. A sound understanding of the regulatory requirements for significant state developments; and
7. The ability to manage the workload of multiple projects;
