Our client is a prestigious financial services company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). They are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.
The role's purpose is to offer strategic decision-making and project management assistance to the Senior Finance Business Partner - Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of the half-yearly and annual management discussion and analysis
- Take charge of managing the process of allocating support costs
- Work closely with the Financial Control team to enhance reporting processes, streamline financial operations, and conduct thorough close and actual analysis
- Contribute to the rollout of the new financial reporting system and the transition of the planning system
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA-qualified
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, planning and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred experience in Workiva and Workday
