The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with strong experience to join our growing team and contribute to the development that empowers our organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Develop efficient client code that demonstrates speed, testability, scalability, and superior quality.
- Strategize, create, construct, and deploy user interface systems that are not only scalable but also designed to captivate users.
- Engage in close collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user challenges and refine innovative solutions.
- Assume a leadership role in conducting code reviews, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and addressing intricate bug fixes.
- Spearhead the progression of projects, overseeing technical design, execution, launch, and ongoing operation.
- Facilitate the onboarding and mentorship of new engineers.
Essential skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS, with hands-on expertise in contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React, AngularJS, or Vue.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledgeable about the modern frontend ecosystem, encompassing bundling, linting, testing, and release processes.
- Demonstrated extensive experience with advanced testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, Mocha, and Chai.
- A high level of comfort with the JavaScript language and its ecosystem.
- Track record of building large-scale front-end applications.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Dedication to crafting code with long-term durability.
- Previous involvement in mentoring junior engineers.
- Possess significant expertise in operating and sustaining production environments.
- Exhibit a proven ability to cultivate relationships across diverse functional teams.
- Balance multiple priorities and deliverables to maintain forward progress and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Demonstrate Flexible, adaptable, helpful approaches and help the team flourish in cross-cultural environment.
- Demonstrate Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bring-in Service improvement in the existing processes.
- Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
- Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval.
- Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.

Salary: From 160,000 per annum plus Superannuation
