About the Role
CFA has an exciting opportunity for a procurement and administration functional Lead to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of the SAP 4/HANA program.
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the successful implementation of CFA's SAP Program, particularly focusing on deploying the S/4HANA platform. You will play a key role in ensuring effective procurement and functional management needs. An integral member of the CFA SAP Program team, the Procurement and Functional Lead must have experience with contemporary and agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities include comprehensive understanding of procurement management processes, administratively supporting the SAP 4/HANA Program office and leveraging modern technological solutions to optimise these processes. The role is essential in supporting the CFO and Head of the SAP 4/HANA program drive the delivery of the Program, with a particular emphasis on supporting change management, education, and training initiatives across the organisation. The ultimate goal is to realise the objectives outlined in the program's business case and deliver tangible value to CFA

* Strong understanding of CFA's operating environment and current procurement and contract management practices.

* Demonstrated experience and ability to successfully manage, implement and respond effectively to organisational and system change.
* Proven experience fostering collaborative working relationships in a complex environment.
* Strong task focus and ability to deliver in a fast-paced and agile project delivery setting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate complex material into meaningful information.
