You'll work closely with all members of the HR team (locally and regionally), contributing to innovation and improvement in HR services and programs across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).You'll:

• Provide expert advice on performance management, industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) matters.
• Lead complex case management at all levels, providing advice and guidance to leaders.
• Identify people gaps, resourcing requirements and trends impacting performance and recommend solutions.
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
• Participate in business change management programs and initiatives including acquisitions, mergers and restructures.

Ingredients for SuccessTo be successful in this role, you'll have the natural ability to build strong trust-based relationships with stakeholders of all levels, with the aim of building the capability of our leaders. You will have extensive experienced handling performance management related situations, IR / ER matters, complex employee matters and employee disputes.You'll:

• Hold a degree in Business / HR related discipline.
• Have strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law.
• Be highly organised, detail and service oriented, adapt easily to change and committed to excellence.
• Conceptual thinking ability to identify solutions to complex business, customer and environmental challenges.
