About the Role
As a senior HR partner, you will be a key driver of organisational excellence, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and the wider business. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in enhancing capability and elevating the employee experience. In this true generalist role, you will lead strategic HR initiatives and projects, working collaboratively with the national P&C team to manage the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to advice on best practice HR processes.
- Lead succession planning to identify, develop and retain top talent.
- Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relation matters.
- Coordinate a range of Health & Safety/Wellbeing initiatives, upholding compliance.
- Oversee performance evaluation and annual performance processes.
- Offer expert HR advice on remuneration and reward processes.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on people metrics.
As a skilled HR professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar generalist position, you poses a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. You excel in aligning people strategies with business needs and can build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders. Adaptable, influential and innovative, you maintain strong commercial acumen to drive organisational success.
