Your responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, conducting workplace investigations, leading organisational transformations, and managing sensitive HR issues with utmost professionalism. You will mediate conflicts, drive HR initiatives, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with employment laws.Key Responsibilities:Mentor:

• Guide and develop HR team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Delegate operational tasks within the team.

HR Partnering:

• Manage disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
• Handle grievances and complaints to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement policies that promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct workplace investigations as per legislative requirements.
• Lead and support organisational transformations effectively.
• Manage sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate fair and consistent resolution.
• Drive HR initiatives that enhance business performance and employee engagement.
• Oversee HR projects from conception to completion, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Drive HR strategy and business outcomes through effective partnerships.
• Identify and nurture high-potential employees and future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage performance management systems and coach managers on effective feedback and improvement plans.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, developing and implementing DEI initiatives and programs.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, from executives to front-line employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:

• Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support data-driven decision-making using HR analytics tools.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Field with a consistent career trajectory.
• Significant experience in change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
