About the Role:
At Arrotex our People, Performance, and Culture (PP&C) team strive for excellent execution every day. What we do impacts the performance of the entire business and due to continued growth, our team needs to grow with it. That's where you come in.
Partnering with the PP&C Manager and PP&C Business Partners you will utilise your broad generalist experience to support a division of the business and work on varied and interesting organisational projects. These will include (but not be limited to) executing the annual remuneration and performance review processes, developing the health and safety framework and WGEA reporting. To be successful in this role you will be a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who wants to join a collaborative team with the aim to build the capability of our people and business, and align performance to the Arrotex vision, mission, and strategic goals. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driving activities to completion.
This role will suit people who are happy influencing and collaborating face-to-face (5 days working in the office – 200 metres from East Richmond station and two Tram lines).
