Your new company Based in Melbourne's inner west, this government organisation is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide operational temporary relief across a variety of generalist HR activities for 3 months, including an extension. What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
Proven track record working within a Business Partnering model, supporting leaders and their staff across diverse business units
Demonstrated experience working within a similar role, leading generalist HR activities, including workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, policy interpretation and other people related priorities
Previous experience within the Victoria Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
