We are seeking an energetic, passionate and results oriented HR Business Partner who will be accountable to the Director Workforce for delivering innovative solutions to executives and senior leaders.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with executives and senior leaders, providing them with expert advice, coaching and guidance to manage their workforce proactively and strategically.
We are also looking for someone who can go beyond the ordinary and play a vital role in developing creative and innovative HRM strategies and frameworks that align with critical SA Government priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to develop and implement creative and innovative HRM strategies that drive organisational excellence
- Provide expert advice and coaching to empower leaders in making informed workforce decisions
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and best practices in HRM and integrate them into our frameworks
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and fostering an environment where fresh ideas thrive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
- Proven track record in delivering transformative HRM strategies and projects.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage and inspire leaders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve, constantly seeking out innovative solutions and approaches.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and navigating through a dynamic environment.
Remuneration:
ASO7
$106,512 - $115,137
