Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is the Victorian Government body responsible for the delivery of the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Melbourne Airport Rail and the Western Rail Plan including fast rail between key regional cities and Melbourne. RPV is responsible for all aspects of the projects including planning and development of the project reference design, site investigations, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals and procurement, through to construction delivery and project commissioning. Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) comprises of Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Rail Projects Victoria (RPV, MTIA), North East Link Project (NELP), West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP) and Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV).

About the role
As a member of the HR Team, the Senior HR Business Partner will act as the focal point for people related matters for their assigned client groups to support all strategic HR and advisory matters. You will establish trusted and influential relationships, providing specialist information, advice, and practical support to managers and directors. The role has a senior HR focus, managing people-related activities across the employee life cycle, with a focus on early identification, intervention, and resolution.
About you
You will have experience across a range of HR disciplines including workforce planning, workforce relations remuneration, performance planning and injury management
We're looking for someone with effective partnering skills with multiple client clients who can deliver a comprehensive experience. Having experience leading HR professionals through capability development and coaching will be a plus.
