Human Resources (HR)
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the delivery of Talent Acquisition within their remit across all segments;
Overseeing the implementation of HSBCs Talent Acquisition strategy and ensuring all execution is aligned to the strategy;
To manage an operational Talent Acquisition service delivering end-to-end hires and to indirectly manage the delivery of hires through the liaison with HR Operations;
To oversee the implementation of a highly commercial Talent Acquisition operational platform in the remit that maximizes candidate and hiring manager experience aligned to HSBC brand values whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and legislative requirements and operational excellence
Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
Monitor Talent Acquisition processes to ensure all processes/procedures compliance with legislation and internal policies.
Act with courageous integrity and behave according to HSBC's values during the day to day operations within the team
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Successful track record of implementing and driving Talent Acquisition programs in partnership with other HR colleagues
Solid demonstrable track record within Talent Acquisition and candidate identification
Good understanding of talent identification processes, succession planning, capability design, assessment and selection, development interventions etc.
Experience of working in a global matrixed manner where possible
Experience of partnering with the most senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Fluency in English and Chinese
