Senior Hr Planning & Performance Analyst

Working for a leading mining company, you will work closely with the Superintendent - HR Insights & Projects to analyse and contribute to the process of business planning as well as oversee the process of workforce planning.
About the Role:

• Analyse HR and business analytics to determine the future state design across people, technology, data, and processes.
• Provide options and develop proposals for the Vice President P&E: Australasia and Regional Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse key HR metrics and insights for shaping practices and driving improvement.
• Design real-time dashboard interfaces for regional scorecard targets, enabling analysis and reporting for the modernisation initiative.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations in HR Insights & Project standards and practices, including adherence to rules, laws, SOX/ISO27001 compliance, and Data Privacy obligations.
• Prepare standard and adhoc HR analysis, reports, and correspondence, including reviewing and approving SOX internal controls within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of new HR processes in conjunction with input from Regional Human Resources teams.
• Follow and report on the progress of HR initiatives to ensure that benefits are realised within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Provide accurate, timely advice on all HR Insights & Project matters in collaboration with the broader Service Delivery team

Requirements:

• A strong background in leading change, supporting projects and a good understanding of human resources functional processes.
• Over 3 years' experience working in a senior human resources or business analyst role.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance or a recognised discipline.
• Advance level of MS Office Suite and experience using Qlike Sense or a similar system.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors HCM modules
