• ensure payroll processing and advice complies with relevant legislation, industrial instruments and government policies and circulars
• provide a responsive customer service in relation to payroll and related enquiries
• provide direction and support to other payroll personnel to achieve outcomes
• take responsibility for work, delegating accordingly to meet timeframes and priorities
• undertake complex payroll claims and reviews
• quality assures fortnightly payroll
• take responsibility for ensuring fortnightly payroll is completed within agreed timeframes and at a high level of accuracy
