The role
We are looking for a senior, experienced and passionate HR professional to support Clarendon.
This is a great opportunity to play an important role within a small team that is on a path to mature and further evolve the P&C function. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will provide a mix of operational end-to-end support to the broader business consisting of approx. 340 team members.
With a new team on board, this role can help shape and influence what HR looks like moving forward to ensure a value-adding service to the business.
The role requires depth and breadth of experience across the whole of HR - for example, performance and talent management, organisational development, RTW, coaching, engagement, reward and recognition, HR systems and reporting, ER/IR and compliance matters.
As a HRBP, you will foster a continuous improvement culture to create and drive efficiencies and streamlined processes, collaborating across the broader business, drive innovation and support people initiatives.
You will work with colleagues who are experts in their fields and be provided with professional development opportunities.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations or equivalent.
Significant experience in partnering with the business to provide HR partnering, advisory and consultancy services across the employee life cycle. Ideally, you have worked in established and high-performing environments, so you know what good looks like and how to apply what you know.
Significant experience in working within an industrialised framework, interpreting and administering various legislative and policy requirements in a pragmatic and considered manner along with managing the full suite of performance management issues.
Ability to quickly develop excellent business relationships, using tact, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with various matters.
Ability to organise workload, determine priorities, manage competing deadlines and cope with high volumes of work. We need you to get things done in an environment that is maturing in the P&C space.
A track record of delivering positive employee experiences, with the ability to flex between engaging with senior stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves, and being hands-on with various P&C initiatives, administrative requirements and projects.
