ABOUT THE ROLE:Senior Finance Business PartnerAn exciting opportunity for a
Senior Finance Business Partner is available within the Group Finance team at Mercy Health. This role is responsible for providing high level finance and accounting services to the Support Services and Mercy Health Foundation Divisions as well as the wider Mercy Health Group.
Key areas of responsibility include:- Business Partnering; cost centre financial analysis, monthly management and board reporting, annual operating budgets and periodic forecasting.
- Group Financial Accounting; centralised financial processes, group allocations, month end close, balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity.
A key focus for the role will be co-ordinating the
Business Partnering activities within the Group Finance Team, developing processes and providing guidance to the junior
Business Partners.ROLE FEATURES:

ABOUT YOU:- Tertiary qualified in Business or Finance (or equivalent)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant
- No less than 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication with an ability to engage with executives, management and staff to convey financial information
- Advances knowledge of Excel and data analytics
