The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective people outcomes, with a strong focus on Business Partnering, employee relations, performance management, managing organisational change and building managers’ capabilities to lead an engaged, high performing and capable workforce. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will advise and coach managers on effective planning and management of people processes to implement and sustain organisational change activities and deliver capability-based workforce strategies.
