The Role & The Team
The position supports senior leaders and their teams (dedicated client group) across the entire employee life cycle, including: developing our EVP, building out our leadership capability, managing employee relations matters, driving and supporting change, contributing to remuneration and benefits strategies (process and transparency), focusing on employee engagement and other key strategic priorities. The role will also have responsibility to lead recruitment campaigns that arise in the client group with support from other HR team members.
Your Skills & Experience
This position is ideally suited to someone with previous HR Business Partnering experience, has a strategic mindset and is interested in a future leadership opportunity.
The applicant must have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Extensive experience in generalist HR (minimum 8 years).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with the business across all areas of HR, working collaboratively with managers and employees to implement organisational improvements and meet our strategic priorities.
- Ability to influence where necessary and deal with ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pro-active approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to act independently within established guidelines, take ownership and use discretion and sound judgement in decision making.
- Experience working with systems and/or data.
- Microsoft suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) – Intermediate.
