Senior Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources, People And Culture Services - Cairns

An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Human Resources team as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. You will provide quality advice and delivers HR and people management solutions to key Divisional leaders to facilitate organisational success. To achieve this, the SHRC works closely with People and Culture specialist Directorate teams, to maximise the CHHHS’s human capital and achieve its required business. The role reports to the HR Manager who coordinates the development and implementation of the teams HR solutions in line with organisational priorities and risks.
