WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Co-ordinating Bookings, Documentation, Cartage, Customs Reporting, Invoicing.
- Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers and Overseas Partners
- Identifying, implementing and leading effective change management to support business growth
- Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses
- Working across other departments as required on an ad hoc basis
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
- 5+ years stable local International FreightImport Sea Operations experience
- Team player mindset
- Have the ability to think outside the square
- Want to grow your career
- Cyberfreight experience preferred (not essential)
