Senior In-House Legal Counsel

Working within a close-knit legal cohort, hand in hand with the General Counsel, you can expect exposure to a broad range of matters including but not limited to:

• Crafting Commercial Contracts and Spearheading Procurement Strategies
• Navigating the realms of Intellectual Property & Cutting-Edge Technology Law

• Steer through the nuances of Dispute Resolution

• Hold an admission as a Solicitor in any Australian jurisdiction with an unrestricted practising certificate.
• Reside in to ability to relocate to the vibrant hub of Brisbane (as this role beckons your physical presence0
• Possess a commercially astute mind, delivering precise Legal Counsel
• Boast a minimum of 7 years of post-admission experience, ideally within the corridors of in-house legal teams.
• A background in Corporate Commercial realms and a flair for Technology Law is preferred.
• Exposure to Franchising Law will be highly valued
• Australian citizenship or possess the right to work Down Under.
• Exude proactive flexibility, navigating autonomously through legal landscapes
• Showcase impeccable problem-solving prowess, coupled with decisive decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
