What we're looking for...
We are currently interested in hearing from senior commercial lawyers with in-house experience. You'll join our team of lawyers in Brisbane and work on assignment with the in-house legal teams of our clients.
The work you'll assist with will be varied and may include:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and documentation;
- advising on commercial transactional matters and acquisitions;
- advising on property matters; and
- assisting with resolving claims and disputes.
You will have general commercial law experience and ideally your background will include in-house and mid-tier or top-tier law firm experience. Strong communication and drafting skills, along with the ability to manage relationships are essential as you will be expected to integrate seamlessly and interact with all levels of our client's business.
