Form of workOur client is an expert strategic category insights consultancy specialising in syndicated surveys spanning hundreds of categories and retailers across 10 countries. Their goal is to serve as a bridge between CPG suppliers and retailers during collaborative planning, providing unbiased information as a trusted source. Through their distinctive benchmarking system, clients gain a comprehensive view—the "Big Picture"—of their category's performance relative to the entire store, across various metrics. Additionally, they offer in-depth shopper insights by delving into comparisons among categories, retailers, brands, and segments.
About the role
This newly created role is designed to drive growth across existing accounts by partnering with clients as a trusted advisor to deliver groundbreaking insights that empower clients to navigate shopper behaviour with confidence, transforming challenges to opportunities and aspirations into realities.
About you
As a seasoned insights and strategy professional, with a background in CPG, Retail or related fields, you will have demonstrated capability in nurturing strategic relationships and forming true partnerships with your clients. An effective communicator, you will be adept at tailoring your message to reach different audiences and have an ability to take complex data and present it in a way that resonates and influences key stakeholders.
