Our NSW Government client is hiring for a highly capable Senior IntegrationsSolutions Analyst. This role requires close engagement with internal and external stakeholders to understand business intentions, services, processes information needs and requirements to inform solutions design, development and implementation to meet business objectives.
Role Title: Senior Integrations Solution Analyst
Contract Length: Till 31/12/2024
Payrate: $820 + Super per day
Location: Meadowbank/WFH Hybrid
Role Requirements:
Manages, develops and documents quality solutions to deliver scalable Integration Solutions that meet both immediate needs as well as long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead the analysis of complex, multi-faceted and cumbersome business processes to recommend integrated solutions that deliver business value and meet immediate needs and long-term strategic objectives for the program.
- Lead and co-ordinate investigative work to determine integration requirements based on stated business requirements, specify effective data flow relative to stated business processes and determine options/impacts for new and existing solutions, including recommendations to ensure seamless delivery of project to timelines and budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching products and best practices to bolster the integration platform and identify opportunities for improved performance and process automation.
- Provide expert advice by analysing existing systems, applications and functions to draw business relevant conclusions and ensure business objectives are identified, described, documented and aligned to integrated solutions development and Group strategy.
- Provide expert advice and information on technical integration and architectural services issues to assist with specifying business requirements and scopes of work for new or existing integrated solutions.
- Prepare documentation and articulate business processes to develop integrated standards for programming tools and techniques and provide advice and guidance to ensure consistency in applied methodologies, compliance and quality of integrated solutions that effectively meet business needs.
- Maintaining scope and results focus within a business environment undertaking a range of significant initiatives.
- Managing consultation and negotiation with diverse stakeholders, within agreed timelines, given their varying expectations, viewpoints and interests.
- Analysing data from a variety of sources to ascertain suitability for the program outcomes.
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant industry experience.
- Significant experience in the management of integration requirements and business outcomes for IT solution development in a large private or public sector organisation.
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement, communications and documentation skills to support senior level business/solutions analysis activities.
- Demonstrated sound applied knowledge of the system development life cycle, including integration issues and solutions, and the positioning of business analysis within it.
