Description:
- Establish and maintain an effective governance mechanism for the evolution of Integration standards and promoting further uptake to lower costs and risks for future Cluster initiatives. Facilitate the appropriate level of stakeholder operational governance to ensure full visibility, capture demand, and prioritise activities.
- Provide oversight to integration architecture, design, development, and implementation activities, ensure functional requirements and designs are adequately fulfilled, and certify that technical integration standards and strategies conform to myworkzone integration strategy
- Provide subject matter expertise across the departments for Integration, acting as the' go-to’ person for all questions relating to Integration. Provide innovation in effectively utilising standard design principles and services to optimise outcomes and reduce risks.
- Contribute to the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices. Develops and reviews operational processes for new business initiatives or SAP integration components involving administration and monitoring and the impact of those changes on risks.
- Develops, implements, monitors, and maintains myworkzone application Integration policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures that align with the integration strategy. Supports the projects during implementation and manages the transition and support post-go-lives.
- Evaluate the design for the Integration objects and provide design with solutions in alignment with SAP best practices.
- Establish and provide ongoing management for a sustained operational support model that delivers an agreed-upon level of service and cost for stakeholders and underpins broader Application Service requirements. Provide input to business plans, budgets, and risk management plans consistent with the integration strategy.
