Mid-Senior Interior Designer - Office Fitouts

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering exceptional Office Fitouts that exceed client expectations. Your all-rounder expertise in conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and project management will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop innovative and functional office design concepts that align with client needs and brand identities.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, including space plans, color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.
• Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Oversee the production of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and finishes schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source materials, finishes, and furniture that meet design specifications and project budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering support and fostering their professional growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an experienced, capable Interior Designer, with a focus on Office Fitouts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and office fitout projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Revit and/or ArchiCAD
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and trends in interior design.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
