You will have experience using ArchiCAD and 3D BIM software to efficiently achieve Team and Practice goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client interaction during running of job, delivering client satisfaction
- Liase with members of the external design team and other associated organisations and companies
- Checking team members works and responding to issues
- Production and coordination of documentation and specifications
- Liase with senior staff members overseeing project
- Direct involvement in managing resources and program for project
- Facilitate communication within project team
- Attendance at project designers’ meetings
- To pursue design excellence and innovation
- Instigate project variations
- Implement the processes and procedures outlined in the practice management system
Skills and Experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in professional practice
- Advanced level of experience using 3D BIM software, ArchiCAD
- Advanced level of expertise using Sketchup
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of the methods and techniques of computer technology applicable to Interior Architecture and design
- Completed Bachelor of Architecture or Design related tertiary qualification
