About the Role:The Senior International Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator at Melbourne Polytechnic plays a pivotal role in advancing the institution's global presence and attracting prospective international students. Reporting to the Manager of International Student Recruitment, this position leads strategic initiatives to enhance Melbourne Polytechnic's international student recruitment efforts, foster partnerships, and drive growth in enrollment. Duties:Lead the development and delivery of effective and efficient marketing, recruitment and regional partner engagement plans designed to meet the objectives of Melbourne Polytechnic’s International Strategy.Lead the development and management of Melbourne Polytechnic’s international education agent representative network and actively build and maintain strong and effective relationships with the education agents.Lead the implementation of projects and partnerships that will enable the department to achieve its objectives and realise emerging opportunities.Lead a team and effectively motivate, coach and supervise the International Student Recruitment and Admissions Officers to achieve goals.Manage international student recruitment activities to ensure they are appropriately resourced, supported, measured, reported, targeted and effectively carried out, with close collaboration with the International Admissions Coordinator.For a full list of key responsibilities and duties, please view the position description. Skills and Experience Required: A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience in Marketing and communications within a tertiary education context with demonstrated success in international student recruitment, sales, or marketing.Experience in developing effective Marketing and Recruitment plans, monitoring and reporting progress, and providing advice and recommendation.Demonstrated ability to execute Marketing and Recruitment plans through the employment of a broad marketing mix, tactics and activities across a diverse markets and Recruitment channels.A demonstrated capacity to effectively manage financial and human resources and work autonomously to achieve recruitment performance targets within a defined strategic framework.Demonstrated high-level leadership and experience in aligning priorities and balancing resources, preferably within a complex environment.
