Our Marketing Department in Wynnum West 4178, Brisbane - location is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop the marketing strategy in line with the overall brand strategy. Develop and execute marketing plans, PR plans to drive commercial opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Make use of the situation analysis, brand equity study, media and consumer trends to ignite actionable insights that contribute to the development of the annual and seasonal marketing and PR plans.
  • Implement campaign strategy together with regional media experts to determine campaign media structure and allocation to yield maximum ROI across the region.
  • Deliver and execute effective and innovative integrated campaign strategies and best-in-class communication concepts aligned to KPIs, target audience, brand values and positioning, and ensure tracking and reporting of results.
  • Development and implementation of marketing toolkits to all wholesale accounts, seeking buy in and activations in each season launch
  • Brief and project manage agencies in regional development of the campaigns, programs. Brief and guide country marketing teams in local execution across the region.
  • Help embed the brand vision, positioning, values and target segmentation model in the organisation and agencies by driving a brand-led and consumer-focused mindset.
  • Report and analyse all PR / Influencer metrics and highlight key angles for media uptake
  • Provide the Head of Marketing with insights and learnings from campaign activity and recommendations to impact growth
  • Manage budgets and report spend on a monthly basis in line with the regional established process.        

Your ideal profile:

  • Experience in Fashion, Apparel and/or Lingerie company with international scope and multi-channel focus. Understanding of the female market and popular culture is a must.
  • Solid marketing experience at international level, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred. Additional product management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with media-neutral communications planning, media planning, setting KPIs, and tracking ROI.
  • Experience with digital media including strategy execution, content creation, setting KPIs and tracking results. Experience with social media is a must.
  • Experience with agency management and agency processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex and multi-functional marketing projects, and to operate effectively in a changing and not always structured environment.
  • Strong commercial understanding.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics.
  • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
