Senior IT Application Developer - Melbourne CBD - C# - .NET - AUS Citizens ONLY

HAYS Technology is currently partnering with a large Federal Government organisation located in Melbourne CBD, Victoria with hybrid working. 

We are seeking to appoint a hands-on Senior IT Application Developer who will work on Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps-based applications. 

Your new role 

As an IT Application Developer, in the Technology business area, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, integration and support of new and existing features in an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment. 

You will be leading development from a technical perspective and applying an agile approach to collaboration and delivery of our services. 

What you'll need to succeed 

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience of developing solutions in C# and .NET;
• Demonstrated development experience with one or more of the following technologies: Azure C# functions, Microsoft Dynamics plugins, Microsoft Dynamics custom workflow steps and Microsoft Power Platform;
• Experience of utilising a strong business focus, interpreting business requirements and translating them to technology solutions;
• Demonstrated experience in exploring innovative strategies to enhance current approaches and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders;
• Experience working as a leader who guides and empowers others to adapt to change;
• Formal qualifications in software development and significant experience in a software engineering (or similar) role actively developing code would be highly regarded but not essential. 

Please note: Due to the nature of our client, for this role you MUST be an Australian Citizen.

What you'll get in return 

This role offers you an annual salary of $94,235 - $131,594 + 15.4% superannuation as per Federal Government APS6 / EL1 level with other public sector benefits.
