The Opportunity:
Seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with international freight forwarding experience to oversee and manage the customer contracts across Australia and NZ. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery. If you are a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or BDM who thrives in building long-term professional relationships and have a keen eye for continuous improvement, then this is the perfect role for you.
About you:
• Proven experience in account management within freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• A commitment to customer service excellence and a track record of achieving operational targets.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of workplace health & safety practices.
