- Assessing and setting priorities for the portfolio of projects to meet business goals.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop and lead impactful business improvement projects.
- Driving implementation of key business initiatives with a focus on addressing the human aspect of change.
- Communicating and managing change processes to ensure business adoption.
- Ensuring compliance with MOIRA's Data Retention Framework and all regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring FPM's cyber security and risk management posture is in line with best practice and MOIRA's internal requirements.
- Engaging with representatives from the National Disability Insurance Agency and service providers to be at the forefront of sector developments.

You are also:

- A disciplined and focused leader, with a strong ability to prioritise effectively
- Keenly interested in AI and other emerging technologies.
- Must hold CPA or CA qualification.
- A Bachelor level qualification in accounting, finance or related discipline.
- Experience leading and managing in a high volume, transactional services environment.
- Experience in process optimisation, project implementation, digital technologies and leading organisational change highly desirable.
- Experience working within the NDIS environment is desirable but not required.
