With a keen eye on digital advancements, especially in AI, the role leads initiatives to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and elevate FPM service offerings. About the Role:Each day at MOIRA Financial Plan Management is different, but your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively inputting into MOIRA Financial Plan Management strategic business planning, using data analytics, industry insights and your knowledge of emerging technologies to identify opportunities for efficiencies and enhanced customer experience
• Assessing and setting priorities for the portfolio of projects to meet business goals.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop and lead impactful business improvement projects.
• Driving implementation of key business initiatives with a focus on addressing the human aspect of change.
• Communicating and managing change processes to ensure business adoption.
• Ensuring compliance with MOIRA's Data Retention Framework and all regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring FPM's cyber security and risk management posture is in line with best practice and MOIRA's internal requirements.
• Engaging with representatives from the National Disability Insurance Agency and service providers to be at the forefront of sector developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold CPA or CA qualification.
• A Bachelor level qualification in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Experience leading and managing in a high volume, transactional services environment.
• Experience in process optimisation, project implementation, digital technologies and leading organisational change highly desirable.
• Experience working within the NDIS environment is desirable but not required.
