Senior Learning and Development Consultant/Officer
My NSW Government client is seeking the services of a Senior Learning & Development Consultant/Officer to oversee and manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of intricate strategic learning and development initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of the full project lifecycle for multiple learning programs, aimed at enhancing individual and organisational leadership capabilities.
- Operate within a fast-paced and collaborative setting, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, program participants, and external partners such as facilitators, providers, and organisations.
- Execute a diverse portfolio of both internal and external learning programs.
- Prior experience in a learning and development capacity.
- Strong end-to-end project management skills, including leading the coordination and delivery of numerous learning programs.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to exercise sound judgment in achieving objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in utilising Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course/program development, reporting, and administrative purposes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
- Understanding and proficiency in financial processes, encompassing Budget Forecasting and Expenditure Tracking, Purchase Requisition Requests, Invoice Processing, Reconciliation, and Reporting.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, with keen attention to detail.
