The opportunity is for a Senior Legal Counsel with first-chair experience, preferably in construction or utility-scale projects. The ideal candidate will oversee legal matters and have the chance to be involved in overseas operational activities. Responsibilities include leading negotiations, drafting and managing various contracts/agreements. The candidate will collaborate with the commercial and technical team to consolidate analyses into contracts and provide legal support throughout the business. Additionally, the candidate will work with the global legal team, assist in project handovers, and undertake business travel when necessary.
