We are working across multiple opportunities for commercial/ technology lawyers on a contract/ temporary basis to fill existing gaps within their in-house legal team/s. Roles spead across a range of sectors/ industries, mainly based in Sydney.
We are seeking commercial/ technology lawyers who enjoy working collaboratively, with a strong client focus. These opportunities a transactional-based role across the full spectrum of general commercial, technology and IT contract law.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 5+ years PAE (or equivalent) experience in general commercial or technology/ IT contracts.
In addition, you will have:
- strong relationship and stakeholder management skills;
- strong risk assessment capabilities;
- legal project management skills;
- the ability to translate strategic direction into operational goals to achieve core business outcomes;
- management of external Legal Counsel;
- collaborative working style, strong communication skills;
- Have advanced drafting skills; and
- Be adaptable, flexible and commercial in your approach.
