Form of workKoutzoumis Lawyers is an established small suburban firm seeking a Senior Legal Secretary, with at least 5 years experience to join its team.
Flexible 3-5 days per week.

THE ROLE
Typically, your duties will include but are not limited to:-
- Diary management
- Providing a high level of secretarial and administrative assistance: drafting and producing correspondence, photocopying, filing, and collating
- Dictation Support
- Assisting with Litigation/Court documents generally
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings for District, Supreme Court and Personal Injury Commission of New South Wales
- Filing documents online via electronic platforms/portals
- Liaising with clients, doctors, insurers, solicitors, barristers
- Arranging appointments with clients, doctors, solicitors, barristers
- File and document management (knowledge of LEAP Legal Software will be a bonus) oversee and assist with opening and closing files
- General assistance with day to day administrative tasks, including some IT support
About you
To secure this role, you will have the following qualities:-
- Personal Injury experience (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Organised
- Work autonomously
- High level of IT literacy
- A sense of humour
