The Role
This position will sit in the Family Law practice supporting a Partner and team with both secretarial and paralegal tasks, which will include:
- Diary management for clients, Courts, and meetings with Counsel
- Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits and financial statements
- Data entry and file management
- Conducting legal research
- Supporting the Partner and team with general legal secretarial duties, such as travel booking, expense management, diary management, scanning, filing and photocopying
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary
- Experience within Family Law
- A desire for longevity in a support position
- Strong MS Suite skills
- Excellent communications skills
- A can-do attitude
