The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Directors of Nursing (Critical Care and Medical Services, Women's and Surgical Services and Perioperative Services).
Your day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Diary management;
- Preparation of correspondence; and
- Process incoming mail and maintaining relevant records.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working within the medical/health/hospital sector within a Personal Assistant / Secretary position; and
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
